Re: A Rising Disquiet ((Open RP))

“Ow ow ow ow !” Yulia laughed. “Really, now, Dinpik,” she said, “I haven’t even picked up the tweezers!” “Warming up for the main event,” Dinpik answered. From the corner of her eye she could see the rough-plank table with the basin of warm water and soap, rolled bandages, a large square of green co...

Re: A Rising Disquiet ((Open RP))

Rain dashed against the windows of Dinpik’s room at A Hero’s Welcome . Bass-drum roars of thunder rattled the glass, and shook the small table beneath the window. A carafe stamped with the inn’s insignia tottered. Dinpik reached out and steadied it, then poured the wine it contained to top off her g...

Yup, read it. To give a serious answer, existing beliefs about whether contacting the dead let alone raising them are so varied and nuanced and at times contradictory, it's kind of like wanting to discuss what makes a Christian a Christian.

Despite their claim of urgency, Tamia and Dihaldrin didn’t send Dinpik off packing within the hour, or even within the next day. Sorting out the details took longer than expected. First there was the matter of where in Townlong Steppes Dinpik was supposed to go. The Kun-Lai pandaren didn’t have maps...

@ Jarington: The game has always been a gear grind. Gear is the carrot on the stick to keep people playing. I've seen people have a come-to-Jesus moment about that fact and their despair/disgust/disappointment since I moved to RH. Some left the server; some left the game; some have stuck around. &qu...

Tell us how you really feel, Naunet! Seriously, though, I agree with the outright stupidity of the plot for WoD. I've said it on the General forums many times: WoW needs people who know how to write. If they're going to insist on sticking with Metzen, et al, they at least should be packed off to Cla...

"KungaLOOSH," Dinpik said, topping off her glass of the same. She recorked the bottle and nestled it between the picnic hamper and the napkin holder. For some reason, she'd stuffed the hamper full of napkins last time she'd used it. It was a good day to lounge under the shade of the knot o...

People have. Lerossa, who used to play on RH, had Stromgarde as his Forsaken warrior's pre-death home. Grathier's mentioned OOCly to me that Grathier's got Arathi ancestry; I'm not sure if he's worked that fact into his RP or not.
