Re: Guilds with a Theme

My guild is a themed guild. You get the general idea from the name. I'm just out to cause chaos and harm In-character. It's just a one man guild I play in my spare time. This was a nice read. Not very helpful Fantomas... And thanks for the kind words Thomas, but what I'm trying to figure out...

Guilds with a Theme

by Nolan » August 13th, 2014, 11:35 pm

Hello again folks. I've come this time to talk about guilds with a theme. What I mean by this specifically is a guild that isn't just a group of raiders, adventurerers and/or soldiers/gladiators with a spiffy name, but rather a true "guild", which is it's own faction within a faction that ...

This is a great set, referred to me by Lukar <3, for an Alliance-themed Mage. It might actually be easy to acquire all of it! Not sure which color shirt would be better, but it's really quite trivial. The set is fantastic, even with the red stuff.

Personally, I know I'll probably never get this set but this one's my favorite. It's simple yet elegant and says that my Mage is honored by the Alliance. :) http://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=739#.

How Gear Looks and Your Character

by Nolan » August 11th, 2014, 2:06 pm

I have to admit, I'm a bad RP'er because I most often base my character ideas partly on what gear sets are available to the classes and races in the game. I'm a very visual person and I can agree that might seem shallow, but it's the way it is. My question for you, Ravenholdtians, is what do you thi...

Re: Other Human Kingdoms

I personally would like to RP as a descendant of the Arathi. The Red Fist and the White Gryphon/Eagle. I've actually seen a few guilds pretending to be a part of it, though they don't seem very dedicated to the idea. If it doesn't make sense to be a son of Arathor, than Kul Tiras is definitely my se...

Other Human Kingdoms

by Nolan » August 10th, 2014, 1:03 pm

(Arathor) Stromgarde, Alterac, Kul Tiras, Lordaeron, Gilneas, (Azeroth) Stormwind, Dalaran These 7 kingdoms were once part of a vast human empire and part of the foundation for the term "Eastern Kingdoms" along with the Dwarven kingdoms. What I'd like to know is what has become of their pe...

Alright... can we please keep on the facts and the lore?

I can definitely see you don't like Draenei Cerestal. Please don't elaborate. >.>

So it's possibly a connection to the Light that has allowed the Draenei to live so long and healthily? How would that explain a multi-century childhood?

Cerestal, it sounds like you don't much care for my dear Draenei brethren or the luminous Naaru... :P So you would say that an equivalent young adult, between 18 - 25 years of age in human years, would be something like 800 to 2200 years old? (No math involved there, just a very rough guesstimate) I...

Fact Archaeology - Draenei / Eredar Age

by Nolan » August 9th, 2014, 8:26 pm

On this subject that is both mysterious and murky to my eyes, I'm calling on anyone interested to help me uncover at least some of the facts to this alien species lifespan and their possible extended longevity. All I know for sure is that there are Draenei older than 10,000 years which begs many que...
